Around & About Autumn  Issue

Read Me

Autumn is upon us – bringing with it crisp mornings, darker evenings, and the beautiful changing colours of the season.

In this issue, we get to know local sculptor Stephanie Jacobs, who has recently moved into West End Stores in Builth. She’ll be hosting workshops over the coming months, so why not give sculpting a go?

There are some exciting new businesses popping up locally. Have you discovered the Chalybeate Tea Room at Rock Park?

Fancy Paws is offering a personal touch for your pooch – give Sam a call.

Speaking of blooming businesses, Vicki and the team at Bloomrium have moved  premises, now offering a welcoming hub for both flower lovers and book enthusiasts.

Audrey’s has launched their new Autumn collection – and I, for one, can’t wait to check it out!

There’s a packed programme at Wyeside this season, with a variety of cinema, live, and satellite performances. I’m especially looking forward to The Roses, Materialists, and Moments of Pleasure: The Music of Kate Bush.

As always, we’re proud to feature our trusted local suppliers, many of whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with recently during my move.

And dare I say it… Christmas is creeping closer!
